We’d be happy to add you to the waiting list. You can email us at email@example.com to be added. If a spot becomes available, we will notify you by email. You must confirm within 24 hours before we have to move to the next person on the list. Your payment will be due at the time of registration.
For safety reasons, we don’t disclose the hotel name(s) until you register. But, they are 4 star accommodations unless otherwise noted.

Yes, it most likely will. With every month that passes, the deposit and payment amounts increase a little because there is now less time to pay.

When you select double occupancy, the registration form will ask if you have a roommate request. You may list your travel companion here to ensure you are roomed together. If you don’t have a preference, we will send you our Roomie Quiz where you’ll be asked a series of questions about preferences, which we’ll use to pair you up with your ideal roommate.
You can register up until one month before departure or until the trip is sold out, whichever happens first.
You’ll want to book a flight that arrives around 2pm. This will give you plenty of time to get situated in your room before our group dinner the first night. When booking your departing flight you’ll want to look at flights that depart after 2pm.

Our travelers come from a wide range of age groups (usually between 25-55 — some older, some younger), although on the trips, age makes no difference. People mesh and we all have a great time! The only requirement is that you are over 18. After reviewing the itinerary, if the activities suit your sense of adventure, rookie or more seasoned, we’d love to have you!
We like to keep our groups small and a little more personal, so they’re normally around 30 people.
If you have registered for a trip and are unable to attend, you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. There are no refunds, but your payments may be issued back to you in the form of a credit towards a future trip, depending on when we are notified. If written notice is received 60 days or more before the beginning of the trip, you will be issued a credit of 50% of all payments made. If written notice is received with fewer than 60 days before the beginning of the trip, no credit will be issued. You can find this and other information under our Terms and Conditions.
You are allowed to cancel and reuse credit only once. If the second trip is cancelled, funds do not transfer.
